When you call ESP4YOU 1-888-377-4855 for the first time you will be asked to make your new account and pass-code so only you can access the system (please write them down) then you enter the time you wish to purchase, from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. (Unused minutes will remain on your account) Next you will put in you credit card information, first the card number (followed by the # key) then the cards expiration date, then the first 5 digits of your zip code, then the system calls out to Card Services International to pre-authorize your card for the amount you have chosen (Zip code used for fraud control) if okay the system will tell you how many minutes you have purchased and your account is now setup (The charge on your credit card will refer to CoolCo Communications Inc.) Now you are ready to connect to any of our psychics. You will hear,

Main menu press 1 to connect to the next available psychic, press 2 if you know your psychics extension number, press 3 for a listing of all psychics currently logged on to the system, press 4 for the customer service number. (1-800-240-5675) Press * key to return to the main menu.

The next time you call ESP4YOU 1-888-377-4855 after the preamble press 1 and enter your account number and your pass-code the system will tell you how many minutes you have left on your account then you can either press 1 to add additional time to your account or press 2 to precede to the main menu.
